From Illinois With Love

Yesterday afternoon my family finally got another set of balikbayan boxes we sent. This time it was the big one and a couple of small ones. We were cleaning up the closets about two months ago and Ryan kept insisting that he wants to send his old clothes to the Philippines. I also have a lot of pre-pregnancy clothes that doesn't fit me anymore that I also wanted to get rid of. I am so glad that they all liked it. Mama had set aside some clothes for Papa. Ryan told me to tell mama that she can give it away because we already started buying him some clothes here and when he gets here we will buy him some more. I am so glad that I have a very generous husband. We have another set of balikbayan boxes a couple of big ones and a couple of small ones. Ryan has been bugging me to get another box so that we can get rid of some of the shoes that we are not using anymore.
clothes, belts and more

No chocolates this time but we sent backpacks and school supplies for the students that are over there.

Hahahahaha! I just also sent two boxes full of books and magazines dahil nasalanta ni Typhoon Frank yung elementary school where I graduated sa Aklan. So we sent them a set of Encyclopedia Britannica (as well as three computers that were bought there, instead of here). And clothes of course.
